I thought this would be a good idea, especially being a woman no one would think it was me-boy was I right! Wore a sports bra, black gloves and added spurs on the boots and carved a creepy pumpkin face and lit with green glo sticks.
I won every contest in the 4 parties I went to! The previous reviews were right though, it's hard to wear the headpiece for long as it gets a bit stuffy. Also, driving with the shoulder pads can be a bit tricky.
it's a 2 thumbs up though!!
Halloween costume
My daughter wore this costume 3 days this Halloween. She won the award out of all the 5th grade classes for the Scariest Costume. Trick or treating, everyone loved it, people (strangers) were taking pictures. I also carved a styrofoam pumpkin and placed battery votives inside to make it glow at night! It was a lot of fun and got a lot of great comments!!
Fine, as long as you don't wear it too long.............
Bought this costume for my pre-teen son, it was an absolute hit! It really looks authentic. The "shoulder pads" were somewhat uncomfortable (you have to inflate them), and the mask somewhat cumbersome, but as long as you're not wearing it for too long, it's o.k. He just took the shoulder pads out after about an hour.
