Im sure any of you reading this saw the Dark Knight Rises and thought to themselves: "I HAVE TO BE BANE FOR HALLOWEEN!" Well you should definitely look elsewhere for a costume. This costume is really bad. First of all, it seems like at the factory it was "Bring your Kid to Work Day" and some guy let his kid do the painting for everything. The mask which is obviously the coolest part of Bane has some of the silver parts that are supposed to be painted left completely blank, making it look sloppy. the chest piece is poorly done as well... being made of incredibly cheap fabric and ANOTHER awful paint job. Hopefully i can tune this thing up into looking like a decent costume that i can wear without ridicule... THE PICTURE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE REAL PRODUCT!
Overall bad value
Im 6'0 ft tall 200 lbs with a 46' chest. I bought the adult medium thinking it would be a little tight bc that is what I expected and would make my costume look a little better..... i was wrong. The muscle chest vest looks terrible and the rest of the costume looks awful. The only reason this costume gets a 1 star review is that I can hopefully modify some parts to make it look decent. The mask is huge so I plan to modify that. Im going to buy another vest and pants from the local thrift store. Overall this is a terrible investment. But what do I get when I randomly order cheap costumes online.
Fits perfect
It looks great for my husband. No issue with outfit. The mask is little large but its acceptable. The belt needs Velcro instead of tie in the back.
