The shirt is very comfortable to wear, and the quality and durability of the fabric is good. It's important to get the right size, as the cut of the shoulders would probably feel odd if you went too big and the obvious issues remain with too small. The sleeves can be a bit too baggy at times, for if you're trying to do something and don't want to get the sleeve into things, but it's just a matter of learning how to avoid that. The ties on the neck and cuffs are very good, although you should tie the cuffs BEFORE putting the shirt on as doing it one-handed can be really tricky.
