Teenage son loves it, but it's really too big.
I had read that the Adult X-Small costume would be an appropriate size for a child or teenager, but it doesn't really fit my son. He's about 5' 5" tall, and it's way too big for him. He loves it and doesn't care that it's too big, but it is very baggy on him. One good thing about it being a bit large, is that it gives him room to grow into it. He loves Halo, and I'm sure he'll want to use this cosutme for some time to come (one could hope).
The helmet doesn't stay on very well, as it has no strap or way to fasten to the head. We hot-glued a piece of elastic to hold under the chin and that seems to work pretty well. Also, the helmet is actually a two piece mask, not really an entire helmet, but the velcro does keep the two pieces together pretty well. The helmet is made out of the same type of flimsy plastic that many masks are made of, so it isn't very durable.
If you're looking for a costume for a (smaller) child, this is not the one. It is sized for an adult,...
A little complicated to put together
We enjoyed the uniqueness of this out fit. However, it was frustrating to keep all the plastic pieces on the suit. When the box arrived some of the pieces were cracked. This is for sure an adult size. This was quite an expensive outfit and we had to wait weeks to receive it.

Kiddo still wears this years later.
Son wanted it for Christmas. I thought it was way overpriced but it was his main gift so I bought it. Not only was it a Christmas gift but he has worn it countless times and has worn it to Trick or Treat in for at least 2 years. So if ya consider it all the use we have gotten out of it.. it is a bargain. It is big! Kiddo was 8 when we bought if for him but tall and we had to pin it for a year or so.
