The material is frayed, the stitching is sloppy and the skirts/aprons are sewn to the inside of the panty. It could have been nice if someone had paid attention to what they were doing.
Good luck with this if you don’t have someone who will take it apart and re-sew it for you.

Pretty sweet loin cloth; glad it had built-in underpants otherwise it would've been quite cold. Somewhat cheap cloth where the ends got a little frayed after the first wash but not too bad.
