This is a handsome costume. I was pleased with the quality. It seems to be well made and the details are wonderful. The burgundy vest has attached shirt sleeves in a white satin material. This is worn over the white dickie which has an attached ascot. A medallion on a reddish ribbon is worn over the top of this. The cape is lined and has a chain attached to 2 buttons that match the ornate buttons on the vest. White gloves are also included. My only complaint is that the medallion looks rather cheap. It's on the flimsy side, and the ribbon looked a little pink rather than the red or maroon that I would expect to match the rest of the costume. I will certainly replace the ribbon, and if I can find a suitable replacement pendant, I'll use that instead.
It seems to be true to size. I usually wear a small or a medium. I ordered the medium, as no small was offered, and it fits fine. It's a little large on me, but I expected that. The dickie would barely fit over my...
