The material is very stretchy, so it wont rip easily and can even withstand acrobatic exercise. The design and detail are of a good quality, and the colors are great. The costume and mask fasten up by Velcro,which is bad because it Velcro snags the suit and slowly messes it up. The downsides are that the eyes on the mask are not evenly placed. This is not a big deal as a whole, but when you realize it you cannot un-realize it. The eyes can be a bit difficult to see out of, but not impossible or a big problem. There are no webshooters and there are no gloves, so if you want the full costume you will have to buy the adult gloves, which fit me pretty well. Also, there is no red spider on the back like there should be, which is a great disappointment.As you can already see, there are only Xlarge and XXlarge, which does not make sense at all, so either pass this by, take it to a seamstress to get it to stitched to your size, or try to stitch it yourself. Wow... Just.. Wow
I bought an X-Large and I am 5'11, 200lbs. The whole suit is made out of this stretchy cloth material. It is not as tough as I would like it (for the price it didn't matter though). I wore it multiple times already and still no holes or tears. I used to have the classic spiderman outfit and that had holes in it just from regular use. The mask is a bit annoying. It comes with this plastic shell inside of it that kind of makes it difficult to breathe. I also don't like that nose holes are cut out in the mask (kind of ruins the look). It is also very difficult to see out of. I actually cut some of the plastic from inside the mask so it would fit me better. It still looks awesome. The whole suit fits really well and looks authentic. I got a lot of compliments from wearing it on several occasions. The suit does not come with gloves but you can buy gloves from Amazon as well and they're a good match. You do not need to buy foot coverings because the suit takes care of that...
The second best on the American costume market
Although this is the second best on the American costume market right now, it still would have been better had the material been stronger. Other than that, with the gloves and boot covers, it completes the look of Spider-Man and as a fan, I enjoyed wearing it very much.
