Tree costunes
The costume was just ok. I ordered it because my grandson needed to be a tree for a science project. It was an adult costume, that I tried to cut down to fit a child of 13. Too many pieces to work with.

Be Noticed Among Trees
This costume really comes with everything you need. The warningn signs, twisted branch gloves, and funky root shoe covers distinguish this package from other tree costumes, and really got noticed at the costume party I attended. The hat/headpiece is really taller and more imposing than it looks in these pictures as well.

Another customer commented that the costume was rather flimsy. I did not find that to be the case, although the gloves are a bit difficult to put on and take off -- which you will need to do if you are planning to eat while in tree form. Perhaps, after reading that review I was extra careful with the costume, but it felt like it would withstand several wearings (and really, unless you are performing in the Wizard of Oz on Broadway, how many times will you actually wear this costume?). Most of the pieces have adjustable velcro straps, which may have sounded like they were ripping when they weren't.

Lastly, I ordered this with 2-3 day premium...

I am so glad I did not pay more for this costume! Right out of the box material from the hand fell off..fingers fell off! Material is flimsy, and I suppose after I do some sewing, glueing, and adding cardboard it will be fine. Looks like it will be pretty scary once I'm done with it.
